Maritime Constructions is a specialist marine infrastructure contractor with a team of over 100 employees. Based in South Australia we have over 20 years experience in marine construction and dredging projects. Our clients include Federal, State and Local government as well as private industry.
We provide a broad spectrum of services, including wharf and jetty design and construction, capital and maintenance dredging, Aids to Navigation, underwater pipelines, breakwaters and marine asset management and maintenance services. Our specialty is 'Design and Construct' projects.
Our fleet of marine vessels and floating plant is unrivalled in SA. Our in-house accredited 'Maritime Industry Training Centre' has been instrumental in growing the skills of our team.
We are accredited to an Integrated Management System that is certified against Australian Standards. Company History and Evolution
Maritime Constructions grew out
of humble beginnings in the maritime industry precinct of Port Adelaide. The company now active across southern Australia began as local fabricators A & G Maritime Engineering, a business with a reputation for delivering exactly what the customer wanted.
Success born of this no-nonsense ethos of transparency and performance laid the foundations for the 1996 evolution of A & G Marine into Maritime Constructions. The new entity expanded and diversified into the dominant marine infrastructure business of today by never
misplacing the core principles of their founding; quality and integrity are often the first casualties of growth.

Awards Maritime Constructions has been recognised with three CCF Earth Awards for dredging of the troubled River Murray Mouth and the River Torrens, and for the construction of the Rapid Bay Jetty. Resources
Maritime Constructions owns and operates a substantial and un-rivaled fleet of vessels, including construction and tender barges, cutter suction dredges, ocean going tugs, specialised civil plant and equipment, all terrain and crawler cranes up to 150t capacity, pile driving equipment and hammers, an extensive range of
winches from 2 to 50t and has exceptional heavy fabrication capabilities.
Our ability to effectively and efficiently manage a range of projects both large and small has seen Maritime Constructions grow and develop into a leading provider of dredging and
marine contracting services. The implementation of well structured and controlled management systems on each project is a key element in ensuring the high quality of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
